What is this book?
Not every life problem needs a complicated solution.
Sometimes…
all we need is a different way of looking at it.
Dharmic Sakha ka Sidha Chashma is a collection of simple, relatable stories set in Shanti Niketan Society, where an ordinary-looking neighbour named Sakha helps people discover extraordinary lessons from the Bhagavad Gita—without quoting verses or giving sermons.
Every chapter explores a challenge we all face:
Worry
Insecurity
Anger
Expectations
Kindness
Attachment to results
And through simple conversations, you’ll discover a new perspective that stays with you long after the story ends.
What You’ll Discover
Instead of giving answers…
this book helps you ask better questions.
Inside you’ll discover:
How to stop worrying about things beyond your control.
Why your worth is never defined by your appearance.
How to be kind without letting people misuse your goodness.
Why anger clouds our wisdom.
Why expectations often become the reason for disappointment.
How to focus on your actions instead of the results.
How one small change in perspective can make life feel lighter.

It was definitely simple and relatable as intended and the book really simplifies the Gita teachings into a simpler message.
However, I feel like it was too simple for me. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it and it was a nice quick read!

This is a very thoughtful initiative—bringing the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita into a beautiful, contemporary story makes these timeless teachings much simpler and more relatable. The storytelling makes the message engaging without losing its essence. A lovely effort to make the teachings of the Gita feel relevant and meaningful in today’s world.
