We provide an exchange option only in the following circumstances:

The product delivered is defective.

The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Exchange is available only for products that are defective or incorrectly delivered, subject to the exchange conditions mentioned above.

Once an exchange request has been approved and the required process is completed, the replacement product will be dispatched within 4–7 working days.
